Placing An Order
You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process, as well as an email that states your order number and an approximate order total. Please keep this information safe as it may be require for future order related inquiries.
We ask that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once submitted.
Production Time Frame
These are average projection on production time frame for in store items.
Rush order is free and base on schedule; contact us if you may need this for your order.

Fabric costumes - 7-15 days
Princess dresses with standard customization - 7-15 days
Fast ship costumes in preset sizing - 3-7 days
Wigs - 3-7 days
Shoes - 7-15 days
Props with standard customization - 7-15 days
Armor sets - 25 days - 3 months

Customization - 
Standard customization (custom sizing / lace tie / corset boning) - 3-5 days
Fabric change request - additional 3-7 days 
Custom fabric change request (ex: custom brocade) - 7-15 days
Detail change request - to be quoted

Methods of Payment
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, PayPal Credit.

E-Check payments through PayPal will require 3-7 business days to clear; your order will be reserved and items held during this time
and begin regular production/shipment once we receive clear confirmation.

Most in store items will be charged to your selected method of payment at the time of order.
Production will begin within 48 hours after receiving order confirmation. We ask that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once past this time frame.
Your order may ship in multiple packages, but rest assured you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees.

Please note that we are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain an authorization from your credit card company.
You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information.
We will keep your order on file for 48 hours before it will be cancelled. Please respond quickly; merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable.
Split Payment Option
Split payments are available for orders over $350; a 50% deposit is require at the time of order with remainder due upon completion, prior to shipping.

Sizing & Customization Options
We offer various customization options for all items in store.
This includes custom sizing requests, color and fabric customization as well as specific detail changes.Some options may be limited to selected items or may require additional customization charge.

Completion Photo Request
For customization orders that requires a full production time frame, we offer completion photos for final review
prior to shipment or final payment.
For armor purchases, this is automatically included unless noted otherwise.
For regular order, you can request for this option with your order or by contacting our support. A additional 1-3 days of handling time will be added for photoing and reviewing.
Price Adjustments
If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if you contact us within 14 days of the original date of shipment or in-store purchase.
