Return, Exchange & Replacement Guideline
Returns and exchange are accepted with orders that are in preset sizing with no customization added; and is in its original, clean, undamaged, and unworn condition.

You have 7 days after receiving the order to contact us for a refund or exchange request.
Any damages, including stains or scruff up marks will disqualify an item for a refund or exchange.

Customization orders including armor sets will have replacement guarantee for any damage occurs during shipment and carrier handling. 

Discounted replacements can be purchase for any custom or armor orders. Contact us with your request and we would be glad to provide a personalize discount.

-------- Returning Instructions

Return item will be inspected upon delivery.
Signs of damages such as stains, perfume, scruff up marks will disqualify an item for a refund or exchange.
In the event that we cannot accept your package, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

Any damages noted during photo verification step will be noted for exception at inspection.
You will be notified through email if we note any undocumented damages during inspection.

Missing items or items arrived damaged will be replace for you and send out via expedite services.

Custom Orders
Customized items will require photo verification to proceed.
If item is confirm damaged or with errors, a prepaid label will be provided for you to return your order and a new one will be send out to you via expedite service.
If item is made correctly, a discount price will be provided for you for any replacement or remake requests.
A 3-5CM of margin for error from hand measurement and conversion is not consider a error.
Time Frame
Customer have 7 days after receiving the order to contact us for any request.
Photo verification may be require and must be provided within this time frame.
Return package must be send and receive by us within 14 days after a approve request.
Upon receiving your package, your request will be process within 3-5 business days.
Exchange & Replacements
You will be notified by email when we begin production and will also be provided with a expected completion date.
You are welcome to add in any customization options at this point; including custom sizing and closure change.
Payment will be setup for any changes that may require additional charge.
Refunding
Refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the processing date.
It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another gift card.

Original shipping will also be deducted from your refund total in the following amounts:
$12.99 - Wigs & Shoes
$16.99 - Costumes
$24.99 - Props

No restocking fee or handling will be charged.
Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping to our designated receiving locations.
Please use a traceable and insured shipping method for your return package.
Damage orders will be provided a fully prepaid label and complimentary pick up service (if available for location).

Shipping may be charge for exchange orders; if so, you will be provided with shipping options and discount rate for each option.

Photo Verification Guideline

As most orders are custom handmade for you with personalize requests such as custom sizing.
In order for us to understand and verify the problems, we will need your help to provide us with a accurate description and supporting photos.

Provide a clear description for any noted problems with the following photos:
1 - Photo of the content received as well as original packaging, close up on the label.
2 - Clear width or circumference measurements for the problem fitting area.
We will need to be able to read the numbers on the tape.
