Beautiful Dress, even better customer service

I’m so incredibly happy I ordered this cosplay! The cosplay itself is gorgeous, but more than that I think the customer service I received speaks volumes for Cosrea as a company because it was one of the best experiences I’ve received as a cosplayer.

This cosplay actually had to be remade, due to fitting issues with the original cosplay. When I contacted Cosrea about it, not only did they send me a new dress with the correct measurements, but they went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect for me. They were in constant contact with me through out, verified my measurements multiple times, and sent photos of the finished products with the measurements shown for me to confirm before shipping them to me. I was already a big fan of Cosrea, but the amount of care they took into making sure I got exactly what I ordered, especially with the deadline for my convention being a month away, showed how much they truly wanted to make sure I received a cosplay I would love. They were so kind throughout the entire process, and I ended up receiving a lovely cosplay about a week before my con, which gave me time to make the very minor change I wanted to make (adding lace to the collar) and do a cosplay test well before my event.

I can’t recommend Cosrea enough to people, it’s truly an amazing company and I can’t wait to order from them again!
