How long does production take?
Production time depends on the item type. Please plan for production + shipping.
Production may take longer for fitting changes or customization.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Order changes/cancellation are available within 24 hours after placing your order.
After that, your order may already be in production and changes are limited. Cancellations may incur a
15–35% material cost. Please contact support to request changes.
Where are you located?
Our primary production workshops are located in Chengdu & Suzhou, China.
We also have support locations worldwide and may ship in-stock costumes locally during busy seasons.
What is a deadline date request?
A deadline date is your requested delivery date. We recommend choosing a date
2–3 weeks before your event to allow time for try-on and fitting.
What is Custom Commission Service?
For costumes not in our store, custom creations, or heavy customization for an in-store costume.
We offer free estimates and quotes.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Please contact support or email support@cosrea.com.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush requests are free when available. Please contact us to confirm current availability.
Do you have a US/UK location?
Not yet, but we are looking to expand with a service location in the near future.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Visa debit, PayPal, and Shop.
Affirm / Pay Later: coming in 2026.
Do you offer split payments or financing?
Split payment (50% deposit) is available for custom commissions, armors, and high-detail costumes.
It is not available for standard in-store costumes at this time.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship worldwide (including the US, Canada, Europe, UK, and Australia).
Free Expedited Shipping is included for in-store orders over $100.
Armors and props ship via EMS Express by default; faster options may be available by quote.

Will I have to pay duties/taxes?
Some countries may charge duties/custom fees (especially for Expedited & Priority services).
Customers are responsible for any customs/duty fees charged by the destination country.
Do you offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid)?
Yes — available for the US, Canada, UK, France, Italy, and Germany by request.
We pay duties/tariffs under DDP, but this option may ship slower, so plan ahead for deadlines.
Can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are only possible before shipment leaves our workshop.
After shipment, please contact the carrier as early as possible using your tracking link.
Do you ship to PO Boxes / APO/FPO?
Yes — PO Box and APO/FPO orders ship via EMS Express only.
Signature-required expedited services are not available for PO Box & APO/FPO addresses.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes — once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow delivery progress.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
The carrier is responsible for lost packages. Please contact the carrier first with your tracking info,
then reach out to us so we can help follow up. If damaged, keep all packaging and take clear photos.
What if my package is returned or rejected?
If returned at your request, we will hold the package for 2 weeks.
You are responsible for additional shipping and any related fees (including duties/customs).
Rejected packages may be destroyed by the carrier.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS
What is your return & exchange policy?
- Standard (non-custom) orders: return/exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- Custom orders: no standard returns; remake/replacement may be available by request.
What items are not eligible for return?
Custom size costumes, wigs, shoes, fabrics, ready-to-ship & final sale items, armors, and custom commission orders.
How do refunds work for standard orders?
Standard-size costumes with no customization can be returned for refund/exchange within 14 days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping (prepaid labels may be available for US customers).
Original shipping and rush fees are non-refundable.
Can custom orders be returned?
Custom orders cannot be returned because they are made to your provided measurements.
If there is a measurement error or damage, please contact support for remake/replacement options.
Do you require verification photos?
Yes. Please provide clear photos in good lighting so details can be seen and read.
When are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued within 2–4 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.
Are there return/cancellation fees?
- Cancellations after production starts: 15–35% material cost.
- Returns of 4+ costumes in one order: 10% restocking fee.
- Other deductions may apply in special cases (case-by-case).
Do you offer future replacements?
Yes — discounted replacements are available by request.
