Honestly the entire experience was stressful. For how expensive the purchase was ($400) it was hard to get an update on my purchase, it was supposed to arrive on the 20th of October it didn’t arrive until the 24th and they told me there was a good chance it would arrive the 28th but if they couldn’t get it here by then they would just not send it and refund me leaving me without a costume for Halloween I bought my Costume with customer sizing I believe in Sept with more than enough time according to their website. I also woudl send emails and not get proper responses when they shipped my item getting a tracking number was a hassle. The product was good tho a lot of thread was still loose on the costume so I had to cut that myself and the sizing was not to the sizing I had sent to I had to tailor it myself. I would say I’m happy with the product but not the experience with this company. The mask they sent was not great but otherwise everything else looked good
