To make sure your costume will fit right:

1. You are responsible for the measurements provided and they should be your own and not of a standard size.
2. Our sizes are smaller than retail sizing, make sureto check our size chart when choosing a size.
3. For custom sizing order, your costumewill be made exactly to the measurements provided, we will not  add additional wiggle room.
4. Measurements doesn't tell us important information about your body shape  and proportion, so additional alterations may be needed for a perfect fit.
5. Be specific with any fitting requests,  additional  information will always be helpful!

In return, we promise:

1. Your costume will be made to the size/measurements you specify.
2. We'll do our best to help accommodate special fitting requests.
3. We'll offer free alterations (shipping charges may apply)for any custom sizing orders or equivalent reimbursement for local alterations.
4. We'll not make any changes without consulting with you first, and only  if there's a appropriate reason.

Standard Size options are available from 2XS to 2XL. 

To find the right size, please carefully compare:
- Bust Circumference
- Waist Circumference
- Hip Circumference

 You should add in a additional 0.5 - 1 inches (2-3CM) for wiggle room around the shoulder and circumference areas.

Standard sizing has some ease or comfort room built into  all the circumference areas, within and not exceeding 2-3 inches.
Custom sizing will be made exactly to the measurements provided, no additional room will be added. 

We recommend adding 0.5 - 1 Inch (2-3CM) wiggle room around your shoulders and circumference areas for better fitting. 

For costumes with elastic waistband or adjustable fitting, please also allow a 0.5 - 1 Inch (2-3CM) variation between when fully stretch.

We work very hard to ensure consistency for our costumes and because  of this, we are not able to make changes to the measurements we use  to make our standard size costumes. 

However, we do offer free custom sizing, so if you find yourself  in between sizes, consider going with custom sizing for a better fit.

We do work with all sizes and fitting requests.
We don't have a dedicated petite or plus size chart available  at this time, but we can work with you through custom sizing option.

For genderbend sizing, additional wiggle room will beadded for your shoulders and arms, as well as a slight different fitting for your bust and waist circumference.

Overall, the changes are not quite visible on the outside.  Primarily designed to work better with body shapes differences.

If you will be wearing breast forms and padding, please make sure to wear  those when you are measuring yourself.
You can also ask for regular breast padding to be removed from any of our current costumes as well.

Bodysuit and jumpsuits are always made with stretchable fabric, allowing the costume  to be more fitted while giving you additional room for stretch. 

Therefore, these costumes are only available in standard sizes.

Custom sizing is one of two sizing options available for our costumes.

It's a great alternative for customers who are in between sizing or  find that they are a bit too tall for our standard sizing option.

When you choose custom sizing for your order, your costume will be made  to your exact bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow to floor measurements.
This helps to provide a closer fit than a standard size, especially  with better lengths.

However, measurements doesn't tell us important information aboutyour proportions or body shape, so you may need additional alterationsfor a perfect fit.
For example, strap lengths isn't affected by the measurements, so we make them a little longer to work with a range of body shapes. So these generally might needto be adjusted.

Therefore, please only use your measurements for custom sizing order, and never copy and paste the measurements from another retail sizing.

In additional to the measurements below, we are also happy towork with your personal fitting preferences.
When including extra measurements, make sure to let us know howthe measurement was taken and the purpose for the measurement.

Custom sizing is a great option if you find yourself in betweensizes or want an overall closer fit.
  
However, please note that some of our costumes do have limitations  because of their design and construction. 

If this happens, our support team will reach out to you to let you knowof the issue and offer solutions based on your request, so be  sureyour contact information is accurate before you place your order.

If you ordered a custom size costumes and needed some alterations done locally, don't worry,we can absolutely help you with that.

If you are close to one of our locations, you can opt to ship the costume to usfor free alterations. (shipping fees may be required)
Or, you can submit a Alteration Reimbursement Request with us, write a detaileddescription about the alterations needed with a copy of the receipt from your tailor.

Alteration reimbursement is limited to custom sizing orders with a measurements differencesover 3-5 inches, verified by photos.

Reimbursement limits are:
Under $150: Limit $10 
Over $250: Limit $20
Over $500: Limit $30

Flexible fitting is when you may need a wider adjustment room so thatyour dress can fit multiple people. 

In this case, you will need to choose custom sizing with a lace tie back. 

Traditional lace tie can allow adjustment of up to 3-4 inches / 1 size. 

Your measurements needs to be in between the smallest and the biggest person.

For example:  your smallest wearer has a bust circumference of 32 inches, and yourbiggest wearer is 36 inches. 

You would then put down 34-35 inches for base measurement, before lace tie adjustment.
