Custom Sizing Guideline

What is custom sizing?
Custom sizing is ideal if you’re between standard sizes or want a closer fit. 
We’ll make your costume to your exact measurements (bust, waist, hips, height, torso length arm length etc.). 
Custom sizing costs the same and takes the same time as standard sizing, but custom costumes are non-returnable—so please confirm your design and measurements carefully before ordering.

What is your return policy for custom sizing?
Custom-sized costumes are non-returnable for any reason, including event cancellations, incorrect orders, or measurement changes. 
You’ll be asked to confirm this policy before adding to your cart and again before placing your order.

Why are custom-sized costumes non-returnable?
Each custom costume is made to your measurements and can’t be resold or repurposed. 
Once production begins, we can’t accept returns or exchanges.

Can I order a custom design?

What are the limitations of custom sizing?
Custom sizing isn’t available for costumes marked “Standard Size Only.”
Limited alteration services may be available for select items.
Some designs may require additional fabric/labor fees for special fitting—our team will email you with options if needed.

Important note on custom sizing investigations
If you believe your costume was made incorrectly, we may request an investigation. 
You’ll need to reconfirm your original measurements with photo evidence using a fabric measuring tape. 
Accurate measuring is essential.
