Our Costumes, Props & Armors are made to order and will require time for production.  

Below are our current average production time frame per collection. 

Customization requests may add to the time frame noted. 

Disney Inspired Collection: 7-15 Days 

Cosplay Costumes: 7-15 Days 

In Store Props: 7-15 Days 

Wigs: 3-5 Days 

Armors & Custom Requests: 25-55 Days**

Deadline date request is free and optional. 

We recommend setting a deadline date that is 1-1.5 weeks before your actual event date; giving additional wiggle room for shipping and fitting. 

Rush Order is also free and available upon request, subject to schedule availability. Please contact us for confirmation and estimate delivery time frame.

For custom armors and props, you will be quoted a production time frame base on our current schedule.And we will confirm your deadline date request before production.

Custom Sizing is a free option for all of our Costumes.

To request, choose Custom Sizing and include your measurements with your order. 

Custom Sizing is mandatory for Armors & Custom Commission Orders。

A Custom Order Form will be provided for you to complete for either requests.

We've worked hard to ensure that the sizes we offer will work for many different shapes and sizes of customers from all over the world. We offer products that come in a range of shapes, including Unisex and Women's' styles in a full range of typical U.S. style sizes (small through 4XL). 

Each product is different, so make sure to check the sizing guide in each page, as some products may be very fitted. As we introduce new products, we'll add even more information about product fits and sizes.

Lace Tie closures are available upon request for our Disney Inspired Collection. 

There are 3 available options; Traditional Lace Tie offers the most adjustment allowance and is recommended for performance use. 

Boning option is $15 per dress set; this options adds build in plastic boning around the bodice for a more fitted fit.

Custom Quotes are available for any Costumes, Props & Armors; for both new characters, custom requests and original designs.

Split payment option is available for Armors & Custom Commission Orders upon request.

Order modification and cancellation is available within 24 hours after placing your order.
Past that, your order will be in production and modification changes will be limited to only small sizing alterations. 

And cancellation request may require a re-stocking charge of 10-35%, depending on the production phase.*** (per individual cases)
