We understand that sometimes a order is just not quite right and that's why we offer a easy Return, Exchange and Replacement option for your order.

Standard Order Policy

Standard orders in preset size, for in store costumes, shoes and wigs with no added customization can be:


1. Return for a full refund minus shipping cost within 5 days of receiving your order. 

2. Exchange for another item of choice.

Customer is responsible for returning the current order in it's original and un-use condition. 

Any damages, including stains or scruff up marks will disqualify an item for a refund or exchange. 

Refund will be issue out to your original payment method.Exchanges will start as soon as we confirm your request, ship once complete and upon confirmation of receiving the return order.

Custom Order Policy

Custom commissions or orders with added customization requests will not be eligible for regular return:


1. If there is a production mistake, upon confirmation, your order will be eligible for priority exchange/replacement and per order basis, return with exception approval.

2. If the order is made correctly but a replacement is needed, a material cost only pricing will be provided. 


A photo verification is require for any exchange or replacement requests.And any exchange or replacement will be prioritize with expedite shipping by default.

Return Time Frame

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. (order receipt)

Return shipment must be send out within 7 days upon confirmation.

Return shipment for exchanges will ship when the new costume/item is completed and shipped.

Exchange & Replacement

Exchanges can be request for the same item or any item of choice, including switching to a custom commission request. 


If there is a price difference, a partial refund or payment invoice will be setup for you.


Production time frame for custom requests will be quoted at the time of the request.

Expedite shipping will be included by default for any exchange or replacement request.


Replacement Request is available for any order that arrives damage from transit and shipping. 

Please contact us with photos showing the damage areas and we will help setup a free replacement order for you right away.

Taking Verification Photos

Photos help us understand and verify any errors and problems quickly. 

Please follow the photo guideline below to document any measurement errors or damages. 


When taking a photo, make sure the area is well lit and details in the photo can be read easily. 

When ready, submit the photos with your Request Form for our processing.

Sharing Verification Photos

You can submit photos via Email (support@cosrea.com) or using free cloud share drives such as Google Drive and Dropbox.

Fees & Shipment

Customer will be responsible for return shipment postage for a standard return & exchange request. 


Damage or orders with mistake will be replace fully complimentary with expedite shipping and prepaid label if a return is require. 


Shipping is non-refundable and $16.99 will be deducted from free shipping standard orders. 


Custom orders with exception approval for return will have the full shipping charge deducted (per waybill receipt) with a restocking charge of up to 35%**. (determine per case basis) 


All noted fees above are on per case basis and may be waive in special condition.

Processing Time

Refunds are issue within 1-3 business days upon receiving the return order. 

We do our very best to make sure the final inspection is done quickly and that your refund is issue out in a timely manner. 


Once your request is confirm, we will send you a confirmation Email immediately after. 

Exchange & Replacement requests usually starts right as we confirm the new order detail.And a production time frame will be quoted for you at the time of the start of the order.

For measurement verification, place the item on a flat surface with a measurement tape over the problem area.

Your photo show allow us to read the numbers on the measurement tape clearly. 


For other issues such as damages, please make sure your photo shows a clear view of the damage area.
