Are you currently open and making orders?

Yes, we are.
We're 100% open, making and shipping orders.

When will my order ship?

Orders are now shipping on regular schedule, within 2-3 days after completion. (giving carrier time to process shipment request)

What is the current production time?

Our current production time is 2-4 weeks.
We encourage you to check with us if you have a deadline date or a rushorder request.
IMPORTANT: Custom orders will require extended production time 

Are there any shipping restrictions?

Not that we know of, our couriers, DHL and UPS is shipping worldwide.

There're slight processing and handling delay right now, the couriers are working through that
and will get back to normal transit time as quickly as possible.
