Okay where do I begin. I do acknowledge that I was responded back to in a timely fashion which is a good thing especially since the month of Halloween is your busiest. However, I did run into issues when it came to my purchase and communication.
For starters the link to the page that updates your order and informs a customer the status of their purchase never once updated for me which would worry me especially around the ten day mark and I had no status on whether or not it was even close to being shipped out. Nevertheless I do understand that you had a high volume of orders and to tailor an outfit takes time but like I stated there should be something on the page by day ten.
Second, a day or so after my initial order, when I got in touch with customer service about my sizing I informed them of the mistake on my part of ordering the wrong colored costume the rep said it was no problem changing the color of the costume.…which did not happen whatsoever. I asked more than once to clarify my color change and I was told it would be what I asked for but it was still the color I accidentally ordered in the first place (I still have the emails to prove it and everything I’m saying right now).
Then to rectify the fact that my order was taking so long the shipping was upped to priority (which I highly appreciate thank you) and I received it just in time but I did not get everything that came with my outfit. I ordered the Sora outfit and the necklace did not come with even though on your website it says it’s included. I’m not trying to nit-pick but if someone pays $100+ for an item they should get it everything that's included with it because if that’s the case they shouldn’t pay so much if they’re only going to get bits and pieces of said item. I was offered to have one mailed to me but I was so close to my due date for where I had to wear my costume I know it wouldn’t have made it on time so there was no point.
